Human Resources /Business Office Manager is responsible for the overall management of personnel files and employee benefits.
Accurately and timely recording and reporting any and all spending and the intake of funds to Corporate Office.
General clerical duties and assisting other staff with clerical needs.
Ordering office supplies as needed.

Printing time sheets and calculating leaves times totals.
Ready time sheets for submission to Home Office.
2.
Obtain and submit receipts for reimbursement or payment for services or other purchases.
3.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and account for what department those supplies are purchased or utilized.
4.
Answers phone for Administrative Department and takes messages or redirect calls as necessary.
5.
Quality Assurance duties for employees and clients.
6.
Complying with Medical Record Requests in a timely and HIPAA Compliant manner.
